A new design is a risk until it sells. We accept small trial orders, so you can test a design in a few stores or one market before you commit to full volume.

Is there a cost for samples?
Samples are charged, and the sample cost is credited against your bulk order.
What is the minimum order for a custom design?
We accept small trial orders for new designs. Minimums for full production depend on materials and construction, and are confirmed with the first price.
How long does a custom project take?
Usually 60 to 180 days from brief to shipment, depending on materials, quantity and season.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is paid when production starts. The balance is settled as agreed in the order.
Can you work from a photo?
Yes. A photo, sketch or physical sample is enough to start. Add sizes and quantities if you have them.
Do you keep our designs confidential?
Yes. Customer designs are not shown in our catalog or to other buyers.
